Its been only a few months since the rumors about the Dark Lord being back became more then just rumors. Near the end of the term last year, the Minister of Magic saw Voldemort with his own two eyes right in the Ministry. Everyone had tried so hard to convince themselves that Harry Potter and Albus Dumbledore were lying and that they were fakes but now that the truth is out, they are turning to them to help protect them. The only ones who didn't seem too shocked were the Slytherin's.
 After last years regin of terror Dumbledore is trying desperately to get the rules of Hogwarts back into order. He has brought back all of those that were fired by Umbridge, and as a shocker to everyone he has finally placed Severus Snape in charge of Defence Aagainst the Dark Arts. The corridors of Hogwarts however seem rather dull without the usually trouble makers, Fred and George Weasley, wandering around selling their goods. Though there is still whispears about their grand entrance last year.

With Sixth Year beginning, you can feel a ripple of fear spreading through every student, minus the Slytherin's of course, and their heads turns when Harry Potter walks by. Harry has continued teaching Dumbledore's Army, believing that everyone deserved the chance to learn to protect themselves against the war that was brewing. The Slytherin's seem extra cruel this year, but Draco Malfoy seems to be over casted by his own thoughts. Everyone pretends not to notice by something is wrong. That something horrible will happen this year.
